Hello, peeps. 

Fo' shizzle 'n ting!

...Anyway.
So I've spent a rather long time organising this blog and my social network linkages thingy-ma-gig. So I'll give you a run down of the changes and ideas that went into it and why. Although it's not so different superficially - it's much easier for me and it's a little easier to navigate.

The main reason I've done and changed all this is partly because it was overdue, but also partly to keep myself organised. It's been over a year since I've started bloging and my posts seem to have averaged out at 2 posts a month. I'm hoping to raise this, but I am lazy - so we'll see. The main idea is that I've learned a bit over the past year on how to present myself a little better so I felt I need to kick up a little more professionalism in my internet presence. So here's the breakdown:

Social Networks:

First of all, I've been checking Tumblr everyday, so I'll be doing some posts on that and keeping up to date with it. You can follow my tumblr here. My Tumblr is also linked with my Facebook account and my Twitter account - and this blog is linked with my Youtube account (given that there is nothing of mine on there...yet.) This means that I can easily share data and keep on top of it all. This is far more useful for me than it is you. But don't forget to add me on everything... :D

Blog Update:

Here on this blog is where it counts. The major difference I've made it so make my writing more easily accessible and make this page easier to understand. To the left I've got easy to follow contact links for any questions or things you wanna share. There is also a mini-bio of me (of course) and I've changed my picture to my favourite current representation of my at the top of the page (Go me!)

I'm also considering changing the color scheme for titles from green to orange. While I prefer the colour green, I'm feeling that orange makes a better contract with the darkness on the page. You'll know if I change this before I do, whilst writing this (I'll decide later.)

With my page being a little less of a mess, I'm hoping people might find it in their heart to share my page more. Oh, and by the way - it's now easier to comment below certain blog posts. - All you have to do is click on title to make sure you're on the individual post and at the bottom there is a handy comments box.

 My Writing: 

Yes, this is the key part that involves you. I'm going to be putting up two posts in the next few days individualising my poetry and my short stories, but here is a rundown of the major changes I've made:

I've sorted out a neat list to the right hand side of my page categorising my 'Top Stories' which will eventually be my top ten best short stories as made for an 'online portfolio', and I've got my poetry underneath. Underneath this again I have other little stories or non-fiction works that are worthy of mention but I don't consider at all in my best.

I've posted up all my work on a separate blog that merely looks like an extension of this blog. This is because it's easier to just have a pure work on a page when you click the link to read it rather than when I post stuff in this main blog that comes with bonus notes that are not all relevant to the story.

My aim is to get to ten pieces of 'best' short story work when I go back to make sure they're all at the same standard. So please let me know if there are any mistakes or things you think could be changed. All comments are very useful. There are currently four works in progress being written.
