'Your beard is good...'

So recently, on Facebook I posted a few self-indulgent photographs of my face. And I shall follow them up here with an explanation of this activity. Basically, it's the longest my beard has been, ever. So because I needed to trim it off, I figured I'd have a little fun with it. My only regret is that my hair isn't longer - so as to make the look more complete on some of the pictures.

I should also explain that the reason I cut it is because of the length of my hair not weighing of equivalent length and as I posted on facebook: "When you look in the mirror and the words 'Marxist revolutionist' spring to mind... Probably a good idea to trim the old beard."

So with that in mind, before my current stubble look, I took a few pictures that can be seen below.

Here we have me looking like a fugitive. I went with a natural messy hair look with the 'M' front and the blurry pic with the unkempt beard. Perhaps I'm a captive, perhaps I'm in hiding, who knows?

This is the dictator look. With the large dark glasses (3D Cinema ones, obvs!) - wasn't quite sure what to do with my hair so I flattened it as much as possible to suggest I don't give a shit. And a serious expression. :P

Here we have the 'Viva La Revolution' photo, just stemming on the idea of revolutionist. I think it looks mildly amusing.

Finally here we have a doctored version of the above to make it more of a silhouette image, I call it the 'Che Guevara' - although admittedly I'm not quite left wing. And this is where I regret my hair not being longer to complete the look.
And there you go. This is what happens when you back-comb your beard and mess around with a camera. Mildly unexciting, I know - but I haven't had a decent picture of myself for such a long time. :P

Thanks for reading.
